FIESTA SPICE BLEND
Yield: a little more than 1/2 cup
Mexican food is my favorite, so I use the Fiesta Spice Blend all the time. It’s great in vegetarian, beef, turkey, or chicken chili. I use it in salad dressings, on avocados, on chicken, on fish fillets, and on eggs, any style. This blend will bring anything to life.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
Mix together all the ingredients in an airtight container and store in the freezer.
